Meet Libby
Libby Pier, PhD, is Chief of Staff at Education Analytics, a non-profit organization dedicated to using rigorous research, analytics, and technology to improve student outcomes in the K-12 U.S. education system. She received her PhD in 2017 in Learning Sciences from the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a minor in Quantitative Methods. She has been an instructor for UW-Madison’s Learning Analytics Masters Program, teaching the course Ed Psych 575: Learning Analytics Theory and Practice. Additionally, she has participated in more than three dozen presentations and webinars and contributed or authored more than 20 publications and articles.
